Taxes often represent 30% or more of your annual income, yet many individuals and businesses never receive proactive tax planning from their CPAs. We create customized tax strategies tailored to your unique financial situation, helping you minimize liabilities and maximize savings.

Taxes Does Not Have to Be Your Biggest Expense

Phase I: Fact Findings

We begin by gathering essential information and scheduling a kick-off call to review your current financial situation and future goals. From there, you will work closely with your advisor to identify opportunities and develop a strategic tax plan to minimize your tax burden.

This phase includes:

  • Kick-off call with your advisor
  • Review of your prior year's tax return and other information

Phase II: Planning

Your advisor will provide a comprehensive written tax plan outlining a tax strategy, and the specific action steps to maximize its benefits.

This phase includes:

  • Delivery of your written tax plan
  • Discussion to finalize the course of action and implementation timeline

Phase III: Implementation

In this phase, your advisor will support you in executing and implementing the tax strategy. Our tax advisory services ensure you have a clear plan to minimize tax liabilities and take full advantage of available tax-saving opportunities.

This phase includes:

  • Preparation of detailed step-by-step plan, as needed
  • Review of documents drafted by legal counsel, as needed
